Assim como essa mulher, diversas pessoas buscam assistência médica quando sentem que algo não está certo em seus corpos ou experimentam algum desconforto. No entanto, o incidente que vou relatar a seguir tem causado grande perplexidade entre muitas pessoas.

De acordo com relatos, a paciente apresentava uma irritação intensa na região do nariz e da garganta e, ao consultar um médico, mencionou ter consumido Sushi alguns dias antes do surgimento dos sintomas.

Após uma série de exames, o médico finalmente identificou a presença de um verme de grandes proporções no nariz da paciente, que foi removido com o auxílio de uma pinça. Veja o vídeo:

O profissional médico responsável pelo atendimento à paciente que buscou assistência hospitalar devido a desconforto revelou que a presença desse parasita é uma possível consequência do consumo de peixe e carne crua por parte das pessoas.

Após a remoção do parasita, a jovem experimentou um alívio imediato e decidiu compartilhar seu caso nas redes sociais, com o intuito de conscientizar e alertar outras pessoas.

É importante ressaltar a importância de tomar precauções ao comer em estabelecimentos fora de casa, sempre priorizando a higiene e a qualidade do local escolhido para fazer as refeições.

A paciente relatou aos médicos que, alguns dias antes, consumiu sushi e logo após começou a sentir desconforto na garganta. É importante ressaltar que esse parasita pode ser encontrado em indivíduos que consomem carne e peixe crus.

A remoção do parasita foi realizada com o uso de pinças, resultando em uma rápida melhora no estado da paciente. Esse incidente serve como um alerta para muitas pessoas.

O ser humano adquire a contaminação pelo parasita ao consumir carne crua ou mal cozida proveniente de peixes infectados. A larva do verme geralmente encontra-se alojada nos músculos dos peixes, podendo ser identificada durante o processo de corte do peixe.

É altamente recomendado adotar as seguintes precauções para prevenir a infestação parasitária em peixes: garantir que o peixe seja cozido adequadamente, atingindo uma temperatura interna mínima de 70ºC; alternativamente, é possível congelar o peixe a -20ºC por pelo menos 72 horas (preferencialmente por 7 dias) ou a -35ºC por no mínimo 24 horas. É importante ressaltar que o processo de defumação não é eficaz na eliminação do parasita.

Quando um indivíduo humano é infectado, ocorre a interrupção do ciclo de reprodução do parasita, uma vez que ele não é capaz de sobreviver fora de seu hospedeiro habitual, dessa forma, não há transmissão de humano para humano.

Embora haja um aumento significativo na quantidade de restaurantes de sushi no mundo ocidental nos últimos anos, a ocorrência desse verme ainda é relativamente rara.
