Três crianças que foram diagnosticadas com diabetes faleceram após ficarem sozinhas no apartamento onde residiam com a mãe. Elas perderam suas vidas logo após consumirem vários doces e sorvetes.

Esse incidente ocorreu em 16 de junho e continua a gerar grande repercussão. As meninas, Reem, de 8 anos, e Besma, de 7 anos, assim como seu irmão Amim, de 6 anos, não conseguiram sobreviver.

Inicialmente, a mãe levou os três para uma unidade de saúde, mas infelizmente seus falecimentos foram confirmados. As irmãs já estavam sem vida quando chegaram ao local, enquanto o irmão veio a falecer algum tempo depois.

De acordo com informações preliminares, as crianças estavam cientes de sua condição de diabetes e estavam morando com a mãe após o divórcio dos pais.

Segundo relatos da mídia local, assim que a mãe soube que seus filhos não haviam sobrevivido, ela enfrentou uma crise mental, embora não tenha sido confirmado seu estado de saúde atual.

A duração do tempo em que as crianças ficaram sozinhas em casa ainda não foi esclarecida. Foi relatado que a mãe saiu para uma caminhada, mas o período exato em que ela esteve ausente ainda não foi confirmado.

Ao retornar, a mãe se deparou com seus filhos exibindo sinais de fadiga extrema e vomitando. As autoridades estão atualmente investigando o caso para estabelecer todos os detalhes.

Até o momento, não há informações sobre se a mãe será acusada de negligência por deixar seus três filhos pequenos sozinhos. O incidente ocorreu na cidade de Sohag, no Egito.

Durante a madrugada desta segunda-feira (19/6), uma mulher de 39 anos foi presa em flagrante no Recanto das Emas, Distrito Federal, por deixar seus filhos de 2 e 7 anos sozinhos em casa para participar de festas. Além disso, ela deixou em casa um terceiro filho de 14 anos com uma deficiência grave, que não consegue falar ou andar.

Segundo relatos feitos à polícia, após ficarem cinco horas sem a mãe, o menino de 7 anos enviou mensagens de voz ao pai, chorando, informando a situação e pedindo ajuda: “Pai, se minha mãe não voltar, você pode vir me buscar para eu dormir aí? Estou ligando para ela e nada. Estou preocupado!”, disse o menino, soluçando.

Ao tomar conhecimento dos fatos, o pai da criança foi até o local, acionou a Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF) e tentou entrar em contato com familiares para encontrar a ex-esposa.

Os momentos de desespero das crianças foram testemunhados pelos vizinhos, e um vídeo capturado, ao qual o Metrópoles teve acesso, registra a criança de 7 anos tentando acalmar seu irmão de 2 anos, enquanto o bebê chora e grita.

Após receberem o chamado, os policiais militares conseguiram entrar em contato com a mulher que, segundo eles, retornou para casa sem demonstrar “qualquer preocupação”, cerca de 40 minutos depois.

Após destrancar as portas da residência, a mãe das crianças foi levada à 27ª Delegacia de Polícia (Recanto das Emas), onde foi indiciada por abandono de incapaz.
